Manufacturing Plant

Thirteen Years in Foshan

Our 18,000-square-meter facility operates automated German Homag CNC routing cells, PUR laser edge-banding lines, and dust-free lacquer finishing chambers engineered for direct commercial container export.

Export Moisture Crating

Our engineering desk translates architectural schedules into sub-millimeter BIM models and CNC nesting programs within 48 hours.

Automated cutting cells slice moisture-resistant panels with sub-millimeter accuracy, followed by zero-joint PUR laser edge-banding.

Every carcass unit undergoes trial alignment on calibrated steel tables to verify reveal gaps, hardware alignment, and plumbness.

Finished joinery is wrapped in vapor-barrier poly sheeting, padded with EPE foam, and bolted into reinforced plywood export crates.

Technical Substrates

Substrates and Hardware Standards

We calibrate all panel stocks to stringent overseas building codes, utilizing certified CARB Phase 2 and European ENF low-emission plywood, MDF, and marine-grade birch cores. Panels undergo 72-hour humidity acclimation prior to cutting to eliminate warpage during maritime transit.

All concealed motion hardware standardizes on Blum and Grass soft-close systems tested to 100,000 cycles. Surface coatings incorporate Italian water-borne polyurethane lacquers and genuine bookmatched timber veneers pressed under 120-ton hydraulic platens.

Inspection Policy

Zero unverified joinery leaves our factory floor before a 100% dry assembly trial signoff.

Our quality control engineers inspect every finished millwork component against production shop drawings, photographing hinge reveals and drawer slides before crating.
